I would ask either Jeremy or Cory. I know Jeremy has about a 100 albums on his zune. You could try Pandora... I don't know if you know how it works but you type in a fav band and it searches and gives you other bands along the same lines. Hope that helps!
I've loaded my Zune with music I first heard as bumper music on NPR. The website makes it really easy to find the song you liked that was played on Morning Edition or Talk of the Nation.
I'll back up andia and say Pandora is an interesting way to find some music you like... Sometimes, I feel like the playlist selection is somewhat limited, and they're missing some artist that would "fit in" with what I'm selecting to rate highly.
otherwise, I've pirated ... errr, I mean, I've been listening to The Hold Steady, Bloc Party, and a bunch of soundtracks put together by Hans Zimmer.

And I hope it's not too late to add The Arctic Monkeys, and Flight of The Conchords (if you're into it.)
